Description
CHRYSO®Alpha CQ 100 is a specially formulated admixture designed for semi-dry concrete applications, particularly in the production of concrete blocks and related products.
It enhances the strength of the mix, allowing for cost optimization without compromising performance. The admixture also improves the surface finish, resulting in a more visually appealing product.
By reducing vibration cycle times, it helps optimize production capacity, while also minimizing the risk of breakages and rejects during the manufacturing process.
CHRYSO®Alpha CQ 100 contributes to higher efficiency, better quality, and more sustainable concrete production.
Application areas
CHRYSO®Alpha CQ 100 is recommended for all semi-dry concrete mixes where low water content, improved cementitious material performance (more MPa/kg), accelerated set times, reduced curing costs and high early strength characteristics are desirable. It can be adapted for any Manufactured Concrete Products (MCP) requiring increased early compressive or flexural strengths without detriment to ultimate strengths.
