Chryso®Deco Lav P

Aqueous phase deactivator

Process

Exposed concrete gets its name from the deactivating solution applied after the concrete has been poured and troweled. Due to its aesthetic appeal, this type of concrete is used primarily as a decorative coating material.

With the Chryso®Deco Lav P range , Chryso offers aqueous phase deactivators with 8 different attack strengths.
From low to high attack strength, this proven solution adapts to all aggregate granulometries and thus meets different aesthetic expectations.

Surface retarder

CHRYSO®Deco Lav P100

CHRYSO®Deco Lav P is a range of 9 “positive” aqueous surface retarders. CHRYSO®Deco Lav P enables to delay the hydration of cement on the exposed surfaces of concrete. After cleaning the treated surface, the aggregate in the concrete is exposed. No solvents are used in the formulation of CHRYSO®Deco Lav P, making it easier to use: it is not necessary to protect any surrounding area, except for painted façades and porous surfaces. The spraying equipment can be rinsed with water.

  2. Pouring the concrete
  3. Spray the deactivator evenly
  4. Moisten the concrete to make it easier to wash
