CHRYSO®Deco Wash

Process

Exposed concrete gets its name from the deactivating solution applied after the concrete has been poured and troweled. Due to its aesthetic appeal, this type of concrete is used primarily as a decorative coating material.

The Chryso®Deco Wash range is composed of 5 surface deactivators formulated in emulsion in 2 active phases. These deactivators offer a homogeneous etching of concrete and are robust to temperature variations. The flexibility of the product allows to benefit from an extended washing window.

CHRYSO®Deco Wash Medium Plus

Result of CHRYSO Research and Development, CHRYSO®Deco Wash Medium Plus is the first washable emulsified surface retarder, with curing effect, formulated to achieve medium etch depth. CHRYSO®Deco Wash Medium Plus is user and environmentally friendly. With no solvents in its formula, the use CHRYSO®Deco Wash Medium Plus is easy: Water-based and non flammable product, it has moreover a nice odour. Spraying and formwork equipment can be rinsed with water.

Surface retarder

CHRYSO®Deco Wash Pico

CHRYSO®Deco Wash Pico is a surface retarder that can be sprayed to lightly retard concrete surface setting. The finished look obtained has a “sanded” or “acid washed” aspect. CHRYSO®Deco Wash Pico provides a qualitative and consistent finish. CHRYSO®Deco Wash Pico is film-forming, thus resistant to fine rains and high temperatures during application. It gives the concrete a curing effect that conforms to French standards. The finish is homogeneous and of high aesthetic quality.
